The SEA LIFE London Aquarium has recently undergone a multi-million pound makeover and, now open for private hire, is a venue like no other. It is home to over 500 species from every part of the world and more than 2 million litres of water.
The London Aquarium opened in 1997 and remains today the city’s largest collection of aquatic species. In 2008 the Aquarium changed hands and underwent a major refurbishment worth £5 million. The Aquarium reopened in 2009 as the SEA LIFE centre to reveal a brand new underwater tunnel, Shark Walk and revamped Pacific Ocean tank.
