One Marylebone
NW1 4AQ
Built in 1826 on its own ‘island’ in the heart of the capital, One Marylebone opened its doors in 2008 and quickly rose to become one of the leading event spaces in the Capital. Beautifully refurbished to the original designs of Sir John Soane, the historic building was the first venue to open under the luxurious One Events portfolio.
The Soane Hall is the jewel in the crown of One Marylebone; at over 27 feet in height, the prestigious space is both impressive in size and beauty. Opulent mosaics and stained glass windows evoke everlasting elegance. The 2nd floor contemporary and light Galleries are the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks or can be used on their own for a multitude of events.
The venue has attracted leading brands across a variety of industries, with a focus on fashion and beauty, combining the iconic grandeur with modern extravagance. Able to host standing receptions for 800 and sit down dinners for 400 or more intimate parties for under 100, One Marylebone is one of London’s most flexible and unique venues.

One Marylebone was designed by Sir John Soane and built in 1826 to celebrate the defeat of Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo. The Neo-Classical building is a great example of the great architect Soane whose best-known work is the Bank of England. The Grade I listed Church is one of three London churches by Soane and is considered the most architecturally distinguished of the three. The building was decorated in the mid twentieth century and opened as an events venue in 2007.
