This blank canvas space sits on the top floor of a former cardboard box factory in Dalston, Hackney E8. The total floor area is 7200 sq ft split into two distinct working areas with a large make-up & styling room. The spaces are filled with a collection of eclectic props and furniture that can be arranged to suit. The studio is available for film, stills, promotional events, weddings, launches, jiggles & jives.

Built in the 1930s as a spice warehouse, this 7500 sq ft gem is set in its own private road, spread over four floors including the 1500sq ft rooftop. There’s a big kitchen, roof terrace, decaying conservatory, huge studio space, rock stars pad, bistro and a floor of industrial chic, all split into three separate studio locations that can be hired individually or collectively.

Designed by Grayson Perry and FAT Architecture, this unique house is both an artwork in itself and the setting for a number of works by Perry exploring the special character and unique qualities of Essex. The building has been designed to evoke a tradition of wayside and pilgrimage chapels. It belongs to a history of follies, whilst also being deeply of its own time.

Originally built in Belgium in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, these circular, mirrored tents are wonderfully atmospheric and authentic. The magnificent performance venue is currently home to a festival of performances on London’s South Bank, but it’s also available for private hire.

This clock tower was described by its architect as a “practical folly” which he also intended to serve as an observation tower for the general public. Completed in the 1950s, it’s a beautiful modernist feature of Chrisp Street Market. After a bracing climb of about 70 feet guests will enjoy close-up views of the towers of Canary Wharf from a viewing platform below the clock.
