This South London air raid shelter is located beneath an underground station, and was originally built during World War II. Within it, you’ll discover two tunnels where thousands sheltered during the war. The shelter remains a wartime relic. There’s even original bunk beds!

This great space is available to hire or use for private or public events – with 5,000sq ft. of space, spanning events areas, a restaurant, terrace and mezzanine, there’s something to suit all needs. This raw, stripped back vacant indoor sporting venue features double height ceilings, large pillar-less areas, an array of different boxes rooms, and a unique spiral staircase.

This is a creative, experimental arts “space with no agenda”, in an ex-dairy in Battersea. Launched in spring 2010 in the architecturally distressed undercroft of a warehouse/office building.

Located in an underground world beneath one of the capital’s busiest stations, these subterranean spaces are spread over almost 30,000 sq. ft. of accessible and flexible Victorian brickwork. The fully licensed space also includes eight different arches.

This former furniture warehouse is the perfect urban location in south London. The warehouse covers three floors and has been meticulously restored and rebuilt to provide a fabulously large and uncluttered space.

This East London basement is a regular feature in music videos, appearing in videos by Cheryl Cole, London Grammar and Mary J Blige. The ex-industrial space is raw, rustic and fully adaptable to any branding or theming you require.

This rooftop space includes a weatherproof pergola allowing the bar and dining area to remain open every day and all year – whatever the weather. A new garden design that includes a canopy of grape producing vines, together with a subtle garrigue and wild herb theme, plus a working kitchen garden and a few other horticultural enhancements. When the weather is particularly good, the space is doubled and provides an unrivalled location. Private dining and events can also be arranged on the rooftop.

This artist led initiative regularly hosts exhibitions of contemporary art, at two venues in a South London park. One is a modern purpose-built space comprising three interlinked ‘white room’ spaces and a patio garden, the other is a Grade II Listed building providing a cavernous raw space for large scale installations and performance, a reception area and learning space.

A former Victorian pub in Dalston, now converted into a four floor photographic and film location, this blank canvas gem is available to hire for film, stills, promotional events, weddings, launches, jiggles and jives. Filled with an eclectic mix of wall finishes, furniture, props and artwork, it can be as creative and malleable as you wish. The old bar, commercial kitchen and mature garden space are at the heart of the building leaving the rest as both a colourful and  blank palette.
