The Groucho Club

Unique, flexible and effortlessly stylish, The Groucho Club is the exceptional destination for all types of events. Beyond the rooms for hire we even have twenty bedrooms and two serviced departments should you need to stay overnight.

The Screening Room is a hidden gem; furnished with comfortable armchairs, a state of the art sound system and an 85″ screen. This superb new space is the ideal venue for filming and photoshoots and it can be blacked out completely if needed. An internal staircase leads to the Mary-Lou Room which is situated on the 1st floor & features a stylish bar and a stunning fireplace by the Ian Davenport wall. Our Mackintosh Room, overlooking Dean Street, has plenty of natural light and has a boardroom style table in the room which can hold up to 20 people. The Gennaro Room can hold up to 100 people standing, or 60 seated. This adaptable yet elegant room, situated on our second floor, away from the bars, is great for filming and photoshoots. The Soho Bar is available for hire on Mondays and Saturdays and it can hold up 150 guests for party. The first floor Dining Room is normally our members’ restaurant but is available for private hire on Mondays and Saturdays. An ornate arched ceiling and glass roof, stunning 1970’s crystal chandelier and polished wooden floors make this a very impressive private event location. We have 20 Bedrooms consisting of 1 twin room, 2 biggest double rooms, 2 big double rooms, 12 standard double rooms and 3 single rooms. The bedrooms are offered to members, their guests and guests of private events.
