This 19th century furniture warehouse is split over two floors. A mixture of exposed concrete, cobbles, brick and wood add to the authenticity of the space.

The upstairs boasts double height ceilings and three skylights in the roof.

The two entrances are surrounded by large windows, so there’s plenty of natural light.

This is an industrial style space in a convenient and characteristic East London location. There are two main areas that can be used separately or together, Studio A is 275 sq m in size and Studio B is 125 sq m, both with facilities and drive in. This space is suitable for corporate event hire, photo shoots, receptions, workshops and exhibitions. The white walls lend themselves to any type of bespoke decoration via projections and props.

Situated on the Victoria line, between Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters tube stations, the studios are available for a variety of events, including corporate and conference events, and as a unique space for a private party or dinner.

This unique North London space comprises several studios, which can be hired separately or as one large studio with an interconnecting door. The Tin Studio has walls made of corrugated steel, copper and iron alongside painted industrial brickwork and worn concrete. The Brick Studio has various old brick and white textured walls, wooden and concrete flooring and sky lights with electric blackouts. The venue is perfect for product launches, workshops and corporate events.

This is a 2600 sq ft photography and film location space in a converted former textile factory that oozes character and charm. Comprising an open plan main space with numerous alcoves, different shooting areas and textured backgrounds, the space has been stripped back to original aged brickwork, a peeling paint wooden ceiling and distressed with aged wooden flooring.

The space has an abundance of natural light with large windows running around two thirds of the perimeter. There’s a large prop selection that is being constantly updated with items ranging from chesterfield sofas to vintage signage and old oil pumps to cinema chairs. Separate from the main studio there is a kitchen area, a green room, a makeup room, change room and three toilets.

This set of Victorian factory buildings has grown and been developed from the late 1920’s. A former metal working factory, the space offers large sections of raw warehouse interior previously never accessed for creative purposes, making it an interesting backdrop for all kinds of themed events. The building offers an authentic backdrop for any creative project which needs a unique and edgy, urban setting.

These bright, light Ladbroke Grove studios are inter-connected spaces which can be hired on their own or in combinations of 2-5 spaces allowing multiple sets, additional green rooms, production spaces or VIP lounges. The main studio is a large shooting space with luxury features throughout including three client areas and mezzanine dining.
