Islington venue Gracepoint is a historic Grade II listed building designed by renowned architect George Coles. A magnificent art deco style characterises the space, which is infused with an Egyptian theme and dressed in multi-coloured Hathernware tiles.
On entering the building guests are transported into another world with an Empire design, completed with Egyptian touches in the foyer. As guests reach the auditorium they’ll discover a stunning French Renaissance style, which transforms the room.
Following a recent refurbishment this venue has been restored to its former glory, and original details take pride of place throughout the venue. Facilities include staging, four back of house areas, a cloakroom and large reception area which precedes the main event space.
Gracepoint can accommodate up to 900 guests for conferences, presentations, product launches, screenings and performance led activities. The venue is adjacent to Essex Road National Rail station, and walking distance of Highbury & Islington underground station.
