Open until 28th February, the Lodge d’Argent magical winter wonderland promises to be better than ever before. Here’s our in-depth guide to one of London’s most enchanting winter pop ups.
Le Lodge
Inspired by the magical Northern Lights of the Arctic, Lodge d’Argent at Coq d’Argent in the City includes two magnificent igloo tents known as the Snow Globes. These have been installed on heated ring terraces to keep you warm, and can be hired for private events for 6-9 guests on Monday to Saturday nights. When you arrive at the lift entrance area, you’ll witness an incredible Northern Lights simulated visual experience, all thanks to the ‘Aurora Borealis Cube’, which has been specially installed in the restaurant.
So, if you can’t make it to northern Scandinavia to see the real phenomenon this winter, just think of this as the next best thing.
Food & drink at Lodge d’Argent
Hire the Snow Globes from 5:30pm to 12am for drinks and snacks, which will include superb Hennessy cocktails and other winter warmers. Soak up the Christmassy atmosphere with fur blankets, winter decor and festive lighting while you sip your colourful cocktail. Plus, with scrumptious dishes ranging from venison meatballs with red berry sauce to fondue cheese tarts and chestnut macarons, expect to be spoilt when it comes to catering. Please note that there is a minimum spend of £500 for each igloo at Lodge d’Argent.
How to get to the Lodge d’Argent Winter Pop-Up
