Black Swan Studios is a 3,500 sq. ft. ex silk warehouse, set just off Bermondsey Street (behind the Fashion and Textiles Museum) – a five minute walk from London Bridge.
The venue includes a permanent bar area which can also double up as a kitchen area. Black Swan Studios has a premises license enabling it to serve alcohol until 11:00pm, with the ability to easily attain TENs (temporary events notice) taking this to 1am.
There are four toilets (including access and baby changing facilities) and the warehouse is wheelchair accessible.
Black Swan Studios has a capacity of 180 guests, for standing or seated events.
By day the studio is naturally lit by six giant sky lights, and by night benefits from a fitted ring truss with 10 RGB LED Colour Changing Floodlights, six Euro Light Par Cans and four RGB White-light Floodlights. The studio can also be blacked out.
